However, the decision to hire or otherwise engage any of our candidates is yours alone. You must determine if the candidate has the necessary skills and expertise to satisfy your needs. In addition, we rely on information provided to us by candidates on their résumés and/or in conversations during our pre-screening process. If requested to do so by you, we will engage a third party service provider to undertake background checks and/or verify other information for an additional fee. You agree to indemnify and hold free from harm the Chamizal Consulting Group, LLC for any information that is falsified by a referred candidate, either deliberately or by accidental omission, or for actions taken, or not taken by any candidate referred to you and/or hired by you though our firm, and the terms of our service contract shall be your sole remedy if dissatisfied.
