Insurance Professionals Database “InsProDb”
The Chamizal Consulting Group maintains a national database of insurance agency professionals.
Membership in the InsProDb is a low-cost way for CSRs, Account Managers, Marketing Managers, Producers, and other insurance agency professionals to connect with potential employers.
Whether you’re actively seeking new employment or are just “interested in seeing what else is out there,” being listed in the InsProDb is a good investment in your insurance career.
Is the InsProDb really different from other web-based databases or job boards?
Yes. The InsProDb is not web-based. It is a member-driven proprietary database that is actively marketed to agencies and is only available to paying clients. Adding your name or resume to a web-based database or job board is not as effective as being a member of the InsProDb.
How does the InsProDb work?
We actively market our services to insurance agencies across the country. When a client agency is looking to hire, they contact us regarding the opening. We search our database for potential candidates who might fit the position. We then contact the corresponding InsProDb members and inform them of the potential opportunity.
If appropriate, we will assist you in setting up the first interview with the agency. In cases where confidentiality must be maintained, we will act as an intermediary between the agency and the InsProDb member until both parties feel it is appropriate to meet.
What are the benefits of joining?
The most important benefit to being listed with the InsProDb is that it can help you to find opportunities for employment -- either now, or in the future. Even if you’re happily working today, it is impossible to predict what things will be like down the road.
There are two levels of membership. Both the basic and enhanced memberships will give you the same exposure to potential employers. The enhanced membership provides you with additional career support.
Benefits of basic membership include:
- Your name, contact info, area of expertise, educational background, professional designations, CE, and other data are kept updated and active in our database and available to our clients.
- You will be contacted by email or phone when a client agency in your area has an opening that may fit your skills.
- We will assist you in setting up the first meeting with a potential
new employer.
Enhanced membership benefits also include:
- You will be assigned a “real live” insurance professional to help you during your job search. You will also receive:
- Individualized career and job search coaching
- Interview coaching
- Resume reviews and critiques
- Job search marketing strategies coaching
What are the fees?
Registration fee: $10 (one-time
fee, adds your info to our database).
Basic annual membership fee: $35
Enhanced annual membership fee: $295
How do I join?
Membership is open to all insurance professionals who work -- or are interested in working -- the agency side of the business. However, you must speak with a representative of the Chamizal Consulting Group to activate your membership.
