Contract Resume Sourcing

You might be surprised to know that in today’s candidate market, as many as 70% of the candidates presented by staffing agencies are sourced directly from the major Internet job boards. There’s nothing wrong with that. But why pay a huge fee to hire a candidate who posted his or her résumé on the Internet when you can have access to the very same candidates at a fraction of the cost?

The Chamizal Consulting Group offers a unique, low-cost résumé sourcing service to a growing number of firms nationwide. Many of the candidates we send are the same as those marketed by headhunters and recruiters. Our goal is to get them to our clients FIRST, so they won’t have to pay a big fee. These candidates become part of our clients’ databases, and they can hire from this group at any time without having to worry about shelling out more money to a recruiter or search firm.

Whenever you have an opening during our contract period, just call us first and we’ll search the major job boards for candidates to fill the position – any position! Our clients never pay an additional charge beyond our low service fee, no matter how many people they hire from us. Many of our clients have saved tens of thousands of dollars by utilizing this service.

“Posting Manager”

If you need to post an opening on an Internet job board such as Monster.com®, CareerBuilder® or HotJobs® but don’t have the time, our Posting Manager service takes care of everything for you. We create and edit the posting, review the in-coming résumés, and forward the best candidates to you. We take the burden of dealing with the posting off your desk so that you to focus on other things.

Recruitment 3000

If you have only one position to fill and don’t want to engage our services for more than 90 days, our Recruitment 3000 option may be the best fit. For a period of up to 90 days, we will work diligently to fill your opening for a flat $3000 retained fee. As long as the position remains open, you’ll have the option to request partial refunds at 30 and 60 days into the search for any reason, no questions asked.

Recruitment 5000

Take up to one year to fill any position within your firm. Receive a 50% refund or credit after 12 months if none of our candidates is hired. If you're anticipating making at least one hire in the next 365 days, this is a great option with lots of flexibility.
